The Housewives Campaign
We produced an inspirational story video showcasing a woman’s journey from a monotonous life to securing an office job, aiming to create awareness. Following this, we launched ad campaigns with the theme “Job for 1001 Ladies.”
The campaign performed exceptionally well, helping us fill more than 13 batches within six months. Building on this success, we continued running ads highlighting the ongoing impact of the initiative and the successful job placements, which also delivered strong results.
Job Guarantee Course
I was assigned the task of generating leads for the course “System Administration and Management.” The program included a job guarantee scheme along with a refund policy if a job could not be provided.
To communicate this value proposition, we launched campaigns highlighting the offer by showcasing a formal agreement document explaining the scheme. Additionally, we created localized posters with the headline “ജോലി ഉറപ്പ്” (Job Guarantee) to capture attention and build trust.
This approach generated a satisfactory number of leads and proved to be effective for the campaign objectives.
